People who need people

I have an amazing husband who makes me laugh, shake my head and my hair fall out (but I think it is pregnancy hormones going away). He is a great partner, dad and friend. He is smart (just don't ask him where his glasses, cell phone and wallet are) and funny (although sometimes Sean interprets it as makulit). He snaps me out of being too "serious" and is the source of the "funneh" in the house. The amazing opportunities and blessings we have received are fruits of his hard work.
I have two good-looking kids (my mother and mother in law both think so and they are not biased at all). In the words of a friend, it may be time to send their photos to a cute baby contest so we can start making money off of them (thanks for the vote of confidence Tonio). They are two constant reasons to smile even though they are the reason for being sleep deprived. It is wonderful to watch their differences and similarities. I am sure they will be keeping me on my toes for years to come.
Parents, mine and John's. People who I know will always be there for us, answering yes when I am not even done asking for the favor yet. They have done so much for us and I am so thankful that even as I am writing this, I am tearing up just thinking about all they have done for us.
My brother, sis in law, nieces and nephews. Aunts and uncles and cousins. They make me miss the Philippines and value growing up there with such a tight-knit group.
Friends, old and new, to reminisce, share day to day experiences and plan future activities or milestones with. I have friends from years back with whom time has stretched the bonds not snapped. They are friends that are few hundred or several thousand miles away but with a phone call or typed words seem so close. I have made new friends to share the joys and trials of motherhood with and look forward to them becoming old friends and reminisce about when our kids were young.
All in all, these are the people who make up my life and without them, my life would be less colorful. I am thankful for my peeps...who are yours?
